Our service include product design outsourcing for companies manufacturers of parts for automotive, or other sectors, assuming all the functions as if we were one more department of this company.

Our experience in Faurecia Group during 15 years include the Citroen C15 dashboard, exterior trim; Citroen Xara exterior trim; Xara Picasso dashboard, bumpers and exterior trim; Citroen Berlingo/Partner dashboard, exterior trim, door panel, pilar A,B,C,D, slider door; Peugeot C3 dashboard, bumpers; Peugeot Pluriel dashboard and bumpers; Peugeot 207 dashboard, and rear panel; Mercedes T0 dashboard, Mercedes NCV2 dasboard and interior panels and trims, Renault Megane dashboard.

Service of development of the cycle of life of a system, composed by pieces of plastic, metallic or other components: analysis of the cycle of life, functional analysis of the expectations, characterization of functions, election of the most appropriate technical solution, technical internal analysis, FMEA product, design 3D, digitization 3D of pieces for his later treatment in a system CAD, securing of the special characteristics, chains of levels, planes 2D, quality dossier (DAQ), control plan, management of the means of manufacture and control.

Pursuit of the finished cycle of life, especially, during the life series of the same one.

We have 3 project manager, and a technical office near us with 20 technical in Catia V4 and V5.

We are located in Getafe, Madrid, Spain.

We transmit the data by OFTP Protocol (RDSI, Numeris) with Cayor software or other systems (FTP, PDM, etc).

We will adquire in September a Konica Minolta 3D Scanner, to digitalized parts and transfert it to Catia by STL file, constructing later the surfaces.
