We are doing investigation, survey, design, preparation of projects and execution of civil projects such as land and developement, water supply, sewerage systems, highways, housing and industrial structures for the past 25 years. We are having our own engineers, architects, supervisers, surveyers and technicians. We are always ready to start the works in short notice. We will do the work to the entire satisfaction of our clients. We will work even in 3 shifts according to the situation.We assure our work will be better in the industry.We have assisted and done our services for the following projects.
1) Construction of 360 LIG houses at Salem./TN
2) Construction of 98 MIG and 64HIG houses at Mettur,Salem/TN
3) Construction of 222LIG/197MIG/55HIG houses at Coimbatre/TN
4) Land and Developemet works for Coimbatore urban infrastructure developement programme.Total extent of 760 ac.
5) Construction of staff quarters for atomic nuclear power project/koodankulam/TN.
6) Rajasthan urban infrastructure developement programme at Jodhpur/Raj.
7) Formation on I.T express way for I.T corridor/Chennai/TN.
Apart from this we have assisted detailed survey for new Veeranam water supply project, Chennai/TN. The length of water supply line is 180km. length.

SKILLS
We entered in to cad service from 2000/jan. now we are having 14 CAD technicians working in our office and doing BPO services for various Indian companies. We are doing structural design for multi-storied structures. We undertake investigation and survey works of big projects.

TERMS
With reference to the bid we would like to know the length and breath of the project and the responsiblities to quote our bid. We hope the project requires site and office works and specific time of completion but we assure that we can do this project as we are already experienced in the field.

35% during progress

05% on completion
