Development mathematical and the software of systems of the analysis and compression of static images. Creation of systems compression static images of small formats (QSIF, SIF) up to high degrees with trivial losses of the information on the basis of wavelet and of fractal technologies.

Creation of systems of the artificial intelligence controling an adaptive choice of optimum bases functions in tasks of the analysis and processing of complex images and their application in medicine, cosmology, hydrometeorologies, etc.
