DESCRIPTION
Our group comprises both lawyers and paralegals from top schools in the Philippines, including the University of the Philippines, Ateneo De Manila, and San Beda College. We offer varied legal services from setting up of corporations, including call centers, to handling criminal, civil, and administrative cases to estate planning to rendering legal opinions and memoranda. In line with these services, we can represent you before Philippine courts and different relevant government agencies such as but not limited to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Board of Investments (BOI), and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).

SKILLS
One of our main areas of focus is the setting up of corporations, including but not limited to securing the necessary licenses from the SEC, BIR, DTI, and if appropriate, the BOI or the PEZA. We have handled the establishment of call centers in the Philippines and have secured for these enterprises PEZA registration, which entitles the registrants to avail of various tax incentives including a tax holiday for five (5) years provided they locate in an IT Park or Building.

Once the corporation is established, we can assist the company in its legal needs including but not limited to drafting and review of contracts and agreements such as lease agreements and employment contracts, and corporate secretarial work by preparing minutes and certificates required for the company's day-to-day activities.

Another main area our team handles is litigation, whether before courts or quasi-judicial agencies. We have handled a good deal of civil and criminal cases such as breach of contract, collection of a sum of money, stockholder's dispute, rehabilitation of corporations, homicide, physical injuries, estafa, and theft. In handling these diverse cases, our team has honed its skills in drafting exact and accurate legal pleadings and memoranda.

TERMS
Hereunder is a listing of our rates which, however, could still be subject to negotiations:

1. Establishment of Corporations - US$1,500.00
2. Establishment of Call Centers, including securing PEZA registration - US$3,000.00
3. Corporate Secretarial Work - US$300.00/month
4. Contract Drafting/Review - US$150.00 per contract, the rate may increase depending on difficulty of the subject
5. Other Legal Queries/Legal Opinions - US$25.00 per query, the rate may increase depending on difficulty of the subject (taking into account the research that has to be conducted and the time required to accomplish the same)
6. Criminal/Civil/Adminsitrative Cases - We shall bill based on time. The hourly rate of our lawyers in US$75.00.
