My name is vidyashankar. I finished my education just a few months ago. I have excellent communication skills and convincing skills. I have always dreamt of starting a company of my own and with some luck i will have it running in a few months. I hope you will outsource some of your work to us. I have around 1 year experience at recruitment. I can safely say that i have recruited many of the smartest minds for many BPO Companies. Knowing what know of expertise you are looking at, I am sure i can do a great job.

TERMS
Since, this is the first time i am entering the arena, i would be happy to work for low costs, but this would change once we are all set up. We would expect the industry standard a later date.
