PERLICA TECHNOLOGIES was founded in Cluj-Napoca (Romania) by a group of Italian investors. It’s main objective is the creation of software for the third part and its activity may be summarized in:

It is formed by a team of engineers in informatics, capable of developing and finalizing any type of software, starting from a simple module of an already made project to the complete creation of an enterprise level project.
For transforming your ideas into real facts we are using the most advanced organization development technologies, the ones that allow un to early have a complete control in the creation of any project and in the same time a complete transparence for the client who can give us feed-back at any moment.
This operating mode has always allowed us to touch the objectives proposed by our clients, delivering to him a project meeting all his requests. But our experience doesn't stop here.
In fact we trace our energy in regarding the human resources directly from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, and we have the opportunity of choosing the best elements, forming competitive technical teams.
We have already produce, by collaborating with important European companies, managerial programs (in UNIX,windows,Linux ambients), produced and implemented ERP solutions, security systems and others.

To clarify our working modality here are some features:
1. We sign with the client a Non Disclosure Agreement
2. We evaluate the specifications send to us by the client and we make a
quotation. (our prices are lower with about 45% than the average prices of
the European market and this including taxes, programmers costs,
amortization of the hardware and other facilities).
3. We open a direct communication channel for our client including:
Skype;
Personal E-mail;
Fixed time working releases;
Source code repository access (subversion or cvs);
Bug fix & feedback interface (bugzilla).
4. When all the agreements are made we sign a contract and start the work,
permanently giving and receiving feedback from the client.

The prices are depending a lot upon the type of the project to be outsourced, upon the number of programmers to be involved and also on their quality (seniors, juniors) and of course upon the development time that tehclient requires. however, we have managed to reduce the development costs to more than 50 % comparing to the European average prices.
