Facility Area: 15000 sq feet (including the expansion area) easily approachable, with proper refreshment area (chit chat room, food corner, gym, game and pleasure corner). The facility has excellent work environment including all above with hygienic washrooms, etc.

Work Force:
Administrative Staff: 16 employees.
CSR/TSR: 65 employees in each dialing area. (4 dialing areas)
Team Lead: Every 10 employees has a team lead.
Mangers: Every project has one manager.
Human Resource Dept: One manager and 3 coordinators.
Quality Control Dept: 2 Quality control managers and 8 quality control coordinators.
IT Department: Team of 10 experienced members can handle in house and hosted calling solutions.
Web Department: Team of 4 excellent web developers.
Directors: Every department has one director.
Telecom Facility: We have state of the art IT equipment having our own T1 lines in US and UK. We also have VSAT backup other than our optical fiber connectivity and we can assure 99.8% uptime to our clients.
