REMOTE SERVER MONITORING:
Our remote server monitoring services are designed to minimize costly downtime by detecting and quickly isolating network problems. We also provide monthly reports on your server topology, fault history and availability. A Remote Server Monitoring Contract is a pre-paid monthly, semi-yearly or yearly contract enabling nightly monitoring server services.

Scheduled Appointments - Scheduled 24 hours in advance
No trip charge.
$75 per hour.
1 hour minimum.
Additional time billed in 15 minute increments at $23.75
After-hours Appointments - Scheduled 24 hours in advance
No trip charge.
$120 per hour
1.5 hour minimum.
Additional time billed in 15 minute increments at $30.00

Emergency Appointments - 4 Hour response time
$25 trip charge
$120 per hour
1.5 hours minimum.
Additional time billed in 15 minute increments at $30.00
Packaged Solutions - Scheduled only

Scheduled Appointments - Scheduled 24 hours in advance

$75 per hour.

As numbers of installed systems and packages increase, the demand for qualified technicians and consultants also increases. FutureTek believes that outsourcing information technology issues is an effective way for a business to reduce their total cost of ownership of information systems.
