DESCRIPTION
SL was established as the first consultancy, software house and IT services bureau in Pakistan, in 1977. The company was the brainchild of Syed Babar Ali, one of the leading industrialist of Pakistan, and Aezaz Hussain a pioneer of IT in Pakistan. Since then it has remained on the centre stage of information technology, providing effective computing strategies and solutions to business and government and playing a major role in some of the largest IT projects in the country. Since 1996, the company has operated in the USA as Visionet Systems Inc., and has established itself as a key player in critical areas of focus in the United States, providing services and products to a growing list of corporate clients that features several names from the “Fortune 500”. We have obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification for our IT services and processes. The company is organized as three divisions - Application Development, Implementation and Support, and Business Process Outsourcing. These divisions work in tandem to offer clients a seamless service providing comprehensive coverage of requirements.

SKILLS
Our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division has an experienced management team, over 400 employees, and 10,000 square feet of space. We operate two fully equipped Data Centres in Lahore and in Karachi, that conduct multi-lingual data entry and scanning operations in three shifts all year round. Power supply is continuous and uninterrupted with high capacity Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), and generator sets in place. Our network infrastructure at Lahore and Karachi in Pakistan and at Cranbury, NJ and Woodland Hills, CA in the USA is fully geared for efficient data as well as voice communication. Reduced telecommunication rates and high quality of bandwidth ensure that a robust communication infrastructure is in place.
We are currently running a number of major Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) engagements which include Lien Release Processing and Post Closing Compliance Processing for large mortgage companies in the US. 6 of the top 10 mortgage companies in the US are among our clients. We are also engaged in a number of major BPO engagements in Pakistan, which include Cash Management for utility companies, Station Accounting for airlines, and Distribution and Sales for footwear manufacturers.
