Infrastructure:

E Digital has a capacity of about 100 million keystrokes per month, running on 2 shifts with room for expansion. Our workforce strength is more than 150 staffs, which includes a dedicated supervisor (SPOC) for each project. Our collaborative agreement with other companies gives us a combined capacity of 50 data entry stations with 500 data entry personnel and two-shift expansion. That provides our clients round the clock data-conversion facility. We have a combined work area of more than 10000 sq. feet.

Facilities:

The company offers overnight and 24-hour turnaround services. All our production facilities are linked by high speed, secure data lines equipped with security devices to ensure confidentiality of data transfer at all times. Clients are able to reduce costs, eliminate backlogs, and significantly improve data input production and document availability. This allows the enterprise to focus on its core business interests without hiring additional personnel, office space and having to face the rapid obsolescence of costly computer equipment and software.
