1.1.1 One time recruitment services
We provide recruitment services across various levels of hierarchy:
· Senior management search
· Middle management search
· Mass recruitment at entry level
The senior management recruitment is essentially done through focused executive search. This ensures that the client is provided with the kind of professional with matching skills, industry background and personality attributes.
Middle Management search is executed through our database as well as through focused search.
Mass recruitment at entry level is conducted through database as well as campus hiring.
1.1.2 Contract Staffing Services
At Value Lanes, clients have the option to proactively utilize a range of services. Our approach is to customize and find an ideal solution for each client, as per the situation and requirement. We enable business clients to respond to short-term temporary and/ or flexible manpower needs with specific skill set requirements or for supplementing the workforce. The client can hire our associates as temporary employees for a certain period of employment; after which, the client has the option to add the person to its permanent roll or continue with contracted services of Value Lanes, as it wishes.
1.1.3 Assessment Centre
We define the selection process strength as the ability to arrive at an appropriate criteria to identify and measure competency and behaviour. Our Assessment Centre runs both ability tests as well as psychometric profiling:
