D.V.S. Engineering, Ltd. is a full-service Israeli-based engineering firm providing our clients with step-by-step technical support to bring new concepts from the drawing board, through prototype development, to full production and end-user shipment. We also provide post-production/shipment support and consultation services to ensure a seamless production and delivery program for our clients' end-user satisfaction.

We are primarily interested in handling outsourced engineering and medical equipment projects and presently serve clients in the U.S., the E.U. and Pacific Rim countries.

We are interested in expanding our contacts with new clients in the U.S., Britain, the E.U., the C.F.S as well as the other Pacific Rim countries and are looking to develop working relationships with organizations which might facilitate our establishing a wider network of contact sources.

SKILLS
D.V.S Engineering was founded by senior business and technology professionals with an average of more than 20 years each in the hi-tech and total solutions sectors. The organization structure is flat and heavily tilted towards a role-based model. A core team consisting of a business manager, a project manager and a project team is appointed for every client project or assignment. This core team is fully engaged with the client to ensure seamless continuity and clear communication for the duration of the project as well as post-production consultation and support.

Professor L. Sivachenko
Author of more than 200 inventions and patents and manager of more than 150 scientific research projects. Has 25 years experience in the field of conversion of complex raw materials by intensive mechanical processes. Professor Sivachenko is the originator of a new scientific direction-adaptive method of environment management. He has developed a unique concept of technological development based on the analysis of costs and research of raw material reserves to increase the overall performance of specific base sectors of the economy for countries worldwide. Practical application of this concept will improve the real economy of countries with a prevailing share of the world's mining industry.

Professor S. Gavriushin
An active member of the Academy of Nonlinear Sciences (ANC), he is also a member of the International Federation of Nonlinear Analysts (IFNA). He has 28 years of practical experience in areas of mechanical and civil engineering, structural engineering, and software engineering. He is the holder of the highest qualifications in fields of dynamics and strength and reliability of machines, devices and structures.
