The outsourcing group of our international law firm has handled a huge number of offshoring transactions, in many sectors and industries. We act for service providers and customers. We are commercially astute and aim to add substantial value to the transaction. We will help to cut through the fog of an offshoring transaction to arrive at a watertight balanced agreement.
SKILLS
Our firm is experienced in IT, telecoms and technology matters. We have a dedicated group handling these issues. Our outsourcing experience is very substantial, including in IT, telecoms, BPO and HR.
TERMS
For a limited period of 3 months from 11 March 2005, our outsourcing group is offering 20% off our standard hourly rates for offshoring transactions. We will agree tight turnaround times with clients. We will ensure that our rates quoted are highly competitive.
