TERMS
Hytus Software's rates start as low as $16/hr usd ($20/hr cdn) for web/multimedia development, and as low as $20/hr usd ($25/hr cdn) for hardcore programming. We offer free customized quotes for all projects via our web site. Feel free to send us the specs for your project. We will respond within 48 hours with a detailed quote outlining all costing and timeline information. If you are located in the Greater Toronto area, we offer free consultation. We can deliver the quote to you in person and analyze your specific needs in more depth.

Hytus Software’s process makes it easy for you to stay in the loop on the development of your product. Once our services have been enlisted, we proceed by sending you a form for you to fill out to completely outline the objectives of the project including timelines and specific technologies to be employed. The form is then returned to us along with any confidentiality agreements. We will sign the agreement, re-evaluate the original quote, and send you copies of all documents. At this time, we will require a non-refundable deposit of the greater cost of 25% or accessorial costs to be incurred for the project. i.e. if you need us to develop for a specific PDA that we don’t have, we will purchase it for development and testing. If the PDA costs more than 25% of the cost of the development, we will require the cost of the PDA. We guarantee that our costs will not exceed the quote as long as the specifications remain the same. You will receive your own micro site at Hytus.Com where you can track the progress of your project, talk to tech support online, download alpha and beta versions, etc. You will always be in the loop. Once the first tangible steps toward completion of the project have been completed and approved by you, i.e. user interfaces basic functionality, etc., we will require the second installment of %50 of the quote. Upon completion and delivery of the project, we require the balance of the quote, and our bug free policy
