About The Organization:
Founded in the year 1999 by it’s sole proprietor Mr. Tushar Bhosale (B.E. Computers), with a mission of providing cost effective quality service and solutions in the field of bulk data entry processing, customized software development, hardware networking solutions, Intelligent Data Entry, Inc. has reputation with a hard core experience of six years. Although the company has sound technical expertise in all works mentioned above, the core area of business, which is the foundation of the company, is bulk data entry processing related to insurance, healthcare, banking and financial transactions. Slowly and surely it has expanded its network to other areas with major focus on software development. The company has grown over 75% in last two years.

Our goal is to provide error proof data to our clients.
Currently we are maintaining accuracy of 99.60% in data entry for medi-claims, the industry accuracy requirement is 99.50%.
Infrastructure:
With an area of 1500 sq. ft. it is located in one of the prime suburbs of Mumbai. It is well illuminated, ventilated and furnished providing ample working space and appropriate work environment. The hardware consists of forty Pentium-IV computers, all well equipped with all the basic requirements such as 128 RAM, 40 GB HDD, color monitors and other necessary equipments to carry out our work effectively. Networking comprises of Ethernet with high end D-Link switches and structured cabling. We are connected to the world via highly sophisticated Broad Band Internet provided by “Sify”, a major ISP in India, with a bandwidth of 256 Kbps per node. Each node has individual static IP. The set up is using Windows platform (Windows 2003, XP) with customized data entry applications based on Remote Desktop Client. The set up has uninterrupted power supply.
Manpower:
Our core competence resides with our employees. We have team of 70 dedicated employees working for us. All the staff have extensive working experience and able to handle data accurately and securely. All the employees are skilled, experienced & highly motivated to meet challenges in the market. Moreover, they work as a team giving error free, and timely output for jobs assigned to them. Our average operator productivity is 4,500 characters per hour with high accuracy. This has resulted in raising credentials or our company to the fullest satisfaction of our clients. The employees are encouraged to organize and participate actively in meetings, where it serves on a platform on sharing best practices, key learning issues and resolving the problems faced among the team. Special orientation training is arranged by us to facilitate up-dating employees.
