PHASE 1- REQUIREMENTS GATHERING- Our Consultants conduct Joint Application Development sessions with the client. Prototype storyboards or screen layouts are used for role-playing.
PHASE 2 -TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE - Our Technical Architects advise the client on options available with respect to architectural approaches and technology solutions for project implementation.
PHASE 3 - CONFIRMATION - Based on the architecture and technology chosen, the development team of Programmers, Designers and Project Managers draft a development plan for the project with cost and time estimates.
PHASE 4 - INCREMENTAL DEVELOPMENT- Transforce builds the application in progressive phases or increments. Incremental delivery permits experimentation of complex solutions during the course of development.

Transforce offers two solutions to our customers.

1.Hire a Pro:
This service allows you to virtually hire PHP Developers, ASP Programmers, ASP.NET Programmer Visual Basic and Database Developers from us and use them as if they are your own staff. For predetermined monthly fees you get a programmer who works for you 8 Hrs a day, 5 days a week from our offshore facility. You will be his virtual project manager during this contract period.

2. Per project
We also work on a project basis where in developers are allocated to a job. A project manager will be assigned to the client project and will be responsible for interaction with the client manager and deliver to their satisfaction. Our billing for this option would be a progressive billing based on stages of delivery.
