IT Infrastructure Services are comprised of four (4) service offerings as follows:

1 - Network Monitoring

Enterprise data switch/device monitoring support provided by our Network Operations Center.
Tightest security in the industry.
Trial pilot project to start.

2 - Managed Server Remote

Server Monitoring.
Tightest security in the industry.
Operating system maintenance and administration.
Daily virus protection.
Installation of OS patches.
Daily/weekly data back up support.
Service Levels TBD.
Server stays on customer premises and accessed remotely.
Trial pilot project with non-production Test and Development servers to start.

3 - Managed Server Hosting

Server is located at Bit Link’s data center in Ottawa, customer accesses remotely.

Server Monitoring.
Operating system maintenance and administration.
Daily virus protection.

4 - Call Center/Helpdesk

Up to 24/7 Helpdesk agent support.
Remote Desktop Take Over capability.
English and French language support.
Monthly Reporting.
