DESCRIPTION
Ezequiel Rivarola is was born in Buenos Aires on April 21, 1970. He studies architecture at the University of Buenos Aires, Department of Architecture, Design and Urbanism getting his degree as such in 1994. He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a degree in Architecture in 1994.
Between the years From 1991 and to 1996, he worksed hard actively in the construction of several important buildings of importance, located in Buenos Aires, such as: Hyatt Hotel, Ceasar Park Hotel, Loma Negra Tower, East Galleries, Sheraton Hotel, Le Parc Tower and Quartier de María Towers.
In 1996 he movesed to La Rioja Province, ARg to build the CRILIAR Building, a Research Center for the CONICET, in the local city of Anillaco. He staysed there for two years. When the turns he returned to Buenos Aires, he directsed the construction of the Fortabat Museum, in Puerto Madero. He also directsed the Docks Demolition, in dock IV, in Puerto Madero as well.
In 1999, Mr Rivarola worksed as an advisor for Techint. Between the years 2000 From and to 2002, he is was in charge of the Project Management and Construction of the Emperador Hotel.
He participatesed in several contests such as: “Ideas for the New Puerto Madero”, Buenos Aires (2o prize)1991; “Buenos Aires Zoological Park”, 1992, “Tourist Center and Commercial Area in Plaza de la Republica and Obeslico”, Buenos Aires 2001.
In 1990, Rivarola attends took several courses about on “work inspections”, in at the Argentine Institute of Portland Concrete.
He also attends took a course about on Architectural History, by Rodolfo Liechtestein Architect, in 1991 and 1992. In the next following year he participatesed in the WorkShop of Experimental Project directed by the prestigious American architect: Peter Eisenman, and the with the collaboration of Argentine architects, such as: Justo Solsona, Jorge Erbin, Jorge Asrquis y Alberto Varas. In 2001, he attends took a course about on “investment Projects Analysis” directed by Dr. Gerardo Alvarez, in at the Architects Central Society.
During the years 1994 and 1995 he worksed as a teacher professor in at the Department of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires.
In May 2004, his thesis gets was awarded the First Prize of the Contest, “To coexist in Buenos Aires 2005”. In September of the same year, Mr Rivarola travelsed to Spain in order to participate in the “Barcelona Forum 2004” where the awarded works of the contest “Buenos Aires 2050-Barcelona 2050-New York 2050, images of the future, decisions of the present” were presented.
In 2005 he worksed as an advisor for TV producer Four Heads for a project named titled “Homes” the will be broadcasted by the Discovery Channel.
At present Presently, Rivarola is writing a book in on the contemporary house.
