We can offer all these services in 30 languages due to our global presence.

TERMS
Length of contract: 3 to 5 years.
Termination: 90 days notification.
Gradual monthly ramp-down.
Billing unit: rate (USD) per ACD hour.

Pricing reference without telecommunications (pricing varies according to terms & conditions of the agreement).
Bilingual services (customer care, help desk tier 1, back-office): USD 11
Help desk tier 2 to 4: USD 12
Spanish only (custtomer care, help desk, back-office): USD 9
