Anubavam began operations to meet the ever increasing need for custom software and web development. Taking advantage of its Indian roots Anubavam began an IT outsourcing services group with a special focus on SMEs (Small & Medium size enterprises). Anubavam is a full-life-cycle software development company, providing services from initial specifications to implementation, support and maintenance. Our corporate offices are headquartered in San Antonio, Texas with a full complement of development and R&D teams in Chennai, India.

Our development teams follow CMMI-DEV Level-3 processes to ensure, quality and repeatability, as well as predictable outcomes and predictable costs. Our Project Management, Delivery and Sales teams adhere to CMMI for Services or CCMI-SVC+SD+PRM. CMMI for Services is a CMMI constellation that covers the activities required to manage, establish, and deliver services.

The Solution- Anubavam’s U.S. operations team will work with you to overcome challenges like just-in-time IT/business planning cycles, what are good candidates for outsourcing, and the typical lack of expertise in dealing with outsourcing offshore partners. Anubavam will work with you to customize an IT outsourcing strategy based on your feedback concerning current and future requirements. Depending on your requests the strategy may include a U.S. based or offshore outsourcing component.

TERMS
Our pricing options for offshore outsourcing include: turn-key fixed price projects, time and material, and hourly labor. Payment terms can be arranged in U.S. Dollars or Indian Rupees.

Fixed price projects require a 15% down payment which will be detailed further in the Statement of Work. Fixed price billing will be billed either by hours worked as a part of the total hour quote or by project segment based on hurdle rates as dictated in the SOW.

Hourly labor agreements will be performed per contract requirements and terms and billed bi-monthly.

Time and Material contracts will be performed per stated requirements and terms for labor will be billed bi-monthly and expenses will be billed monthly.
