SKILLS
We are a basic telcoms reseller who re-sell calls on the BT network, we do lines, call charges and broadband with a small department that look after mobile phones.

TERMS
Please find to follow the remuneration packages available for the Telesales operation, as you know we currently have an outsourced contract in Mumbai which produces on average 350 new customers per month and we are looking closely at how we can increase that return. (Basic sales of our standard calls and line rental service)

We also have our new bundled broadband package will be available for sale in the next 4 weeks or so again I believe that this will open up a lot more opportunities to sell bigger volumes to a younger, better quality customer.


eZe-Talk Remuneration Plan

Acquisition Commission = £37.50 per customer
To be calculated and paid weekly with a statement produced on Thursday each week.

Volume Bonus
500 – 749 net customers per month = £2.50 per customer
750 – 999 net customers per month = £5.00 per customer
1,000 + net customers per month = £7.50 per customer

For example:
550 customers in a month would deliver £22,000.00 (£40 per customer) £20,625.00 in commission & £1375.00 in bonus.

800 customers in a month would deliver £22,000.00 (£42.50 per customer) £30,000.00 in commission & £4000.00 in bonus.

1,000 customers in a month would deliver £45,000.00 (£45 per customer) £37,500.00 in commission & £7,500.00 in bonus.

To be calculated and paid monthly with a statement produce on or around the 10th of each month.





Definitions

Customer – A person who having completed a 7 day cooling off period proceeds to pay their first invoice by Direct Debit and successfully transfers over to our service. Then remains a customer for a minimum of 12 months.
Month – A calendar month
Claw back – commission reclaimed from supplier/agent should a customer not eventually transfer over to our service or be allowed to cancel inside contract period due to misselling etc after we have already paid the agent.
