Aureole Consulting – ­­started its back office operations in 2003 catering to development and designing needs of UK and Middle East based clients. During the last four years, Aureole has grown considerably and now has permanent front office setup in the UK headed by Xed Ali personally supervises the client coordination, requirement gathering, communication and quality assurance tasks. Our back office is situated in Karachi, the economic hub of Pakistan, and is equipped with adequate infrastructure and trained manpower.

Our last four years' experience with mainly UK based media firms and selected retail clientele including giants such as Al-Jazeera and SGS have enabled us to be more confident in advising our prospective clients to enter into 'Offshore Outsourcing Arrangements'. The minimum advantage that we offer our clients is a 60% cost reduction while at the same time ensuring continuity, consistency and quality deliverables.

We understand that many media firms are hesitant in jumping outright into an offshore outsourcing arrangement, which is why we recommend them to start with only a few projects by opting for a project-wise outsourcing arrangement initially. In this arrangement, your organization would outsource development and designing work to Aureole Consulting on a project-wise basis. Quotes will be made for each project separately based on time required on the project. Our Xed Ali, who heads our front office in UK, will be continuously available for requirement gathering, communication and quality assurance and will serve as a coordination manager between your project(s) and our development / designing team in Pakistan.

This arrangement would result in reducing your product's cost by atleast 60% of what you would incur hiring your own team inhouse, almost zero chances of missing timelines as we have backup staff available in our back office and above all, increase your capacity to take more projects hence resulting in increased turnover (revenues).

The fee charged would be project-wise and all project works would be initiated based on a purchase order sent to us by your organization. Billing would be made upon delivery of final products.

Once you are satisfied with the quality, cost and timeliness of our work, you may consider other options including a retainership arrangement wherein we dedicate a number of specific personnel (based on your requirements) for your projects involving web development and designing. Our charges in such an arrangement would be based on the number of personnel dedicated for your Organization's work rather than the number of projects handled.

TERMS
Prices: USD 25/hour or USD 200/day.

Payment Terms: No advance. Upon successful completion and delivery of project.

Turnover Time: Since we have a dedicated workforce of over thirty developers and designers supervised by project managers and HR planners, our turnaround time is swift and kept to a minimum.
