DESCRIPTION
Design and delivery of training programmes in accounting, management accounting and reporting disciplines for accounting and non-accounting staff in small and medium sized businesses. Programmes can be written to meet the specific needs of client staff.

SKILLS
Training programmes covering the basics of business accounting and finance for non-accounting executives, either on-the-job or in group workshop environments, with special emphasis on understanding the content and analysis of published annual report & accounts, relevant ratio analysis and the appraisal of capital investment projects.

TERMS
Fees depend on the amount of work to be done and the time frame involved as well as the client company location. Clients are required to pay 25% of the agreed sum on appointment and a further 50% of the agreed sum at the outset of the assignment, with the balance payable within 30 days of completion of the assignment.
