Let me introduce the business structure I am representing. My core company called InterLink (Cherkassy, Ukraine) operates on market since 1998 and primary direction is complete full software development cycle. It is quite small (35 employees) but very stable and constantly growing business. In this field we achieved very good results on local market being now one of the leading companies and having such clients as DELL, Daimler-Chrysler, BMW, Gazprom, Nobel. Now we have 2 software development centers, one in Cherkassy, Ukraine - 30 employees and Kharkov, Ukraine - 5 employees started up recently.

On western market we primarily develop software solutions and big web systems with complex business logic on the backend. We developed our own Unix and Windows based programming engines to provide customers with CRM, CMS-ready, Gambling and Ecommerce-ready solutions.
