DESCRIPTION
A-Real Consulting Ltd. provides custom software development and integration services since 2003.

While software development is our main product for the international market, in central Russia we also operate as system integrator, offering equipment and software distribution, internet control systems and infrastructure support, including remote monitoring, administration and troubleshooting.

We operate from our office in Yaroslavl, Russia (GMT+3), 250 kilometers (155 miles) northeast from Moscow. It is about 4 hours driving time from Moscow center and main airports. We can arrange for transfer and accommodation at any time. Our office is properly equipped to ensure uninterrupted and safe operations. We collaborate with Yaroslavl Demidov's State University and share an R&D lab with it.

Our full-time development team includes 17 software engineers and 3 project managers. Our team is our the main asset and pride and we keep investing even more time and effort in constant professional growth.

We speak English and Russian fluently.

We are well familiar with two main schemes of application development: apache/PHP/MySQL and .NET and use them routinely in our projects. For lower-level software systems we use other programming approaches.

We are able to master and start using almost any technology and development framework.

SKILLS

Develop web systems, including graphical design, content management systems, with all sorts of automated features, information flow management and links to other sources of information. These web systems may range from simple web sites to complex interfaces to other information resources, corporate portals, billing systems and e-commerce applications.

Build and integrate network management applications, which would count and manage your information flows at lower level, for example, firewalls, billing systems, proxy and high level gateways, VPN concentrators, mail-, fileservers, embedded software for UNIX-like systems.

Create standalone software systems and components for third-party software. Examples of our works in this area: mail management libraries for Windows XP, universal Macromedia Flash presentation engine with web-based controls.

Internet control server (ICS): This product caters for all needs of a corporate network, connected to public Internet. ICS server includes and exceeds the functions of: internetwork router/firewall, billing system, user access control system, e-mail server with anti-SPAM/antivirus protection and provides multiple value added services. Technologies used: FreeBSD, Apache, PHP, JavaScript, XML/XSLT, MySQL, Assembly and more. ICS is now distributed as compact disk image, by recording and booting from which you turn an average PC into a fully fledged network accounting/billing, access control and security system. This product is specifically intended for SME, giving them full control over Internet connection. Small and medium ISP can also enjoy using ICS as billing platform. Over 200 enterprises are using ICS including Russian Paints (http://www.ruskraski.ru), Yaroslavl Electric Machine Building Plant (http://www.eldin.yaroslavl.ru), and other companies.

TERMS
Having main location and development office in Yaroslavl allows us to be flexible with prices as the cost of living in Yaroslavl is lower than that in Moscow, while the infrustructure, education facilities and other work related detailes meet or exceed those in big cities. Our prices are not low, but the price/quality ratio is close to perfect.

Payments are usually received by wire transfer, altough other means, such as Western union and Internet payment systems are acceptable too.
