DESCRIPTION
Our Institute of Precise Mechanics and Computer Technology/Equipment (IPMCE) possesses in its own production the entire chain of technologies starting with the development of the logic and electrical circuits of devices and computing systems to the production of prototypes and limited series of IT-industry patterns.
Strategic directions of the IPMCE activity:
• Development of highly productive customized computing systems, utilized for providing of national security.
• Development of the technology of multilayer printed-circuit computer boards and surface installation of new generation.
• Development of devices and software for the systems of digital tele-communications and fiber-optic lines of communications.
• Development of multimedia complexes for the control systems and trainers.

We have 15 R&D groups working on these projects.

Institute is the Leading Agency for the division of the computer technologies of federal program "national technological base". IPMCE proposes to you to use technical achievements in the branch of the design of the highly productive customized computing systems of the universal and specialized designation, software and the production of printed-circuit boards and electronic knots. We participated in the development of control systems for the most competitive and highly technological models of Russian weapon.

SKILLS
IPMCE hardware and embedded software team has been developed within the company more than 5 years ago. Our people have over 10 years experience in embedded software development. Our experience includes custom embedded software for small and low power consumption systems, for Embedded Linux, etc.
Some of the members of IPMCE team before joining IPMCE have worked in MontaVista Software, where Embedded Linux projects were implemented for industrial platforms (including platforms for routers) and hand-held computers and smartphones.
VxWorks development is also among our experience including porting of applications and drivers from VxWorks to Linux.
Along with the use of the standard operating systems (Linux, Windows, VxWorks, QNX), IPMCE team has the experience of development our own operating systems. One of it is OS for Cybiko game platform, another one is the proprietary OS for sensor networks.

There is also the experience of drivers’ development for forthcoming unique hardware devices (new chips that are not yet on the market).

The team has the valuable knowledge of almost all existing processor cores (PowerPC, ARM, X86, H8C, etc.) and different platforms (Intel XScale, Texas Instruments OMAP, Samsung, IBM PPC 4XX, Altera Nios, Xilinx Virtex-4, etc.)

Our prices are:
Project Manager: $ 35 per hour (6150 per month)

Architect: $ 25 per hour (4400 per month)

Senior Developer: $ 25 per hour (4400 per month)

Developer: $ 20 per hour (3520 per month)

Junior Developer: $ 15 per hour (2640 per month)

QA manager: $ 20 per hour (3520 per month)

Tester: $ 15 per hour (2640 per month)
