Our basic business models are:
- contract work (fixed price and T@M);
- setting up and running offshore development centre (ODC)for our customers ;
- Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) operations resulted in our clients having their own offices in St.Petersburg, Russia staffed with your own employees and managers brought up on your projects.

SKILLS
We are almost 100% focused on Microsoft based applications development. Of course, having more than 100 people we do have skills in Unix and Mac, but they are limited to just a few of our developers.

Arcadia, Inc has strong focus on working with corporate clients in helping them to develop and maintain their business applications, mostly in the areas close to HR and Payroll applications.

Almost every big corporation involved into software development for business usage has their own set of
applications in the areas of HR and Payroll handling and associated with them applications like Employee SelfService portals, etc. We have great experience in helping these companies to analyze and re-engineer these mostly legacy-based applications and move them to modern platforms.

TERMS
We base our prices around 25 euro per hour figure for T&M projects and supply our clients with the list of specialists we plan to use and their hourly rates.

Every week we send in status reports where our customer can see job progress and expenses incurred. Based on that, after clients approval we invoice our clients every second week.

In case of fixed price projects we provide our customers with work breakdowns (WBS)and explain what specialists we plan to use and at what hourly rates at every projects stage. Every WBS has milestones and when milestone is reached we submit the report (in addition to our weekly status reports) and invoice to our clients.

In ODC business model we charge our clients every month.

In BOT business model we discuss the terms with every client individually.
