**Notes:**

a) Travel related expenses, calls made to Partner and its clients, Visa processing, Per diem, travel fare, travel insurance and stay will be reimbursed by Partner.
b) Project set-up fees starting from 0 up to 20% of the project total cost depending on the following factors: project size, technologies, HW and SW requirements, need for additional resources (system administrator, database administrator etc)
