Fixed Price Project Model
With our fixed price projects, we offer a cost effective and low risk method of developing software applications for our clients. If you have a clear idea about the specifications of the project this is the appropriate solution. ProgresSys helps the clients choose the best technology for developing their applications. We select the most suitable team members, technical and management resources for the projects. We use our experience with software engineering and project management to deliver a high quality solution in time and budget. Under this option the total cost of the development is agreed upon prior to the start of the project.

Time and Material Project Model
This model is suitable for projects that have dynamic requirements. It applies usually on large projects for which specifications are changing during the development process. Also this approach is preferable for projects that require project management from your company team. The contract is based on the hours spent, developers amount and experience and other expenses involved.

Mixed Model
ProgresSys can provide a combination of fixed cost and time and material based projects for your company. Our rates can vary depending on the complexity of a specific project, its size and the skills and experience of the specialists involved. Of course we are quite flexible and ready to consider your suggestions and propositions regarding our collaboration.
