DESCRIPTION
We are a web development company, located in Bucharest, Romania, called Ideosoft Design SRL. We are planning to expand our company and we are looking for outsourcing partners. We’ve invested in the best programmers and technicians so that you don’t have to. All you have to do is contact us, and we’ll put our skills to work for you. Outsourcing just makes sense.

We are mainly focused on web programming (actionscript, php, mysql), but we can also respond to design tasks as well. Our company has 7 full time employees, we developed a content management system that we use for on the fly complex website creation. We can also provide expertise for flash streaming (using Flash Communication Server or Flash Media Server), or any actionscript programming tasks.

The applications developed by our company for video streaming are:

Video conference (Can be used for: online business meetings, online presentations, call centre, e-learning, video chat).

Video newsletter (is an advanced marketing tool that allows sending newsletter with video content and track hat is happened with it, if the newsletter was seen, how much of the movie played, if the user clicked on some banners from the template).

Video player (allows the post on the sites of video content which is starting to play instant and in this way the user don’t have to wait to download the whole clip. Also in player template can be added banners that can be tracked)

TERMS
We are very flexible regarding the payment policy. Usually we charge based on pay per hour system and an estimation that we do at the beginning of the project. Our fee is between 15$ and 25$ depending on the complexity of project and the number of hours that we estimate.
