DESCRIPTION
TeleCenter is a Romanian company based in Bucharest who provides call center services to clients who want to use offshore telemarketing, telesales outbound call center activities.
Romania has a unique combination of low labor cost, impressive language skills covering 80% of the European language needs (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish), a solid education system, a favorable economic growth climate and reliable communications infrastructure.
There are more than 350 seats in our call centers, and we are planning to quintuple this number by the end of this year. Most of our agents are operating on German language: there are 220 agents selling lottery tickets to the German market from 5 cities in Romania: 25 in Bucharest, 85 in Sibiu, 45 in Brasov, 35 in Cluj-Napoca, 30 in Timisoara. Another call center with 50 seats on German language will be opened in Satu-Mare very soon. Most of the German call centers are all located in the western part of Romania, since there are native speakers of German in this region.
Approximately 150 agents are providing services in English. 70 agents are involved in setting mortgage appointments, 30 agents are promoting fixed telephony, and other 50 operators are dealing with mobile telephony, in a cooperation, which is in progress now, and by the end of the year there will be 150 operators in the campaign. All the call centers on English are located in Bucharest now, but as a part of our expansion project, we will open another one in Ploiesti, and after that in the eastern part of the country, in Iasi, Suceava, Bacau, Galati, because the language skills and the quality of working force are very significant in that area.
The services that we provide for France are on technical support. 15 agents are involved in the cooperation with a French telecommunications company
SKILLS
We provide both incoming and outgoing call services, offering also contact center capabilities (email and fax receiving / sending) and also web chat. Our call centers has multilanguage capabilities (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish).
We have 5 callcenters located in Bucharest, Brasov, Timisoara, Sibiu, Cluj with more than 250 seats and we are planning in opening another 2 callcenters in Oradea, Satu Mare.
