We can support our clients in 2 locations with over 300 workstastions. Both locations are situated very close to Warsaw Aiport Okecie (10 or 40 minutes by car). We select staff to multilingual project through the students or graduated from philological faculty. Among our Agents there are many who lived several years abroad growing up, studying or working there. Most of our agents are experienced from long term projects that require customer service competencies. They possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to control and direct a conversation, effective listening skills, flexible in resolving customer issues within agreed parameters and first of all with excellent up-sale skills.
