TERMS
Basing on experience during our work for customers we have noticed that project’s specific, its complexity and time combined with particular client’s preferences define finally the efficient model of cooperation. We are opened to cooperate in any of the following models and leave the choice to customer’s discretion (obviously we are ready to advice):
• Fixed price
The total cost and timeline of the development are agreed prior to the start of the project, and we select the most suitable development team and technologies to best fit the customer’s needs. This model is suitable when requirements and schedules of the project are well defined.
• Time & Materials
This model is suitable for projects where requirements are not clearly defined, but an immediate access to resources is needed. It is usually applied to large projects where specifications are changing during the development process, so team size and project workloads may vary. To make the whole process easier, the Customers pay a weekly/monthly development fee based on the composition and size of the project team.
• On site
Client covers cost of materials and time which are necessary to lead the projects as well as costs of accommodation and stay of engineers in the customer’s offices. Reckoning of time and materials is made regularly within the prior agreed periods of time.
