The business model we typically work with for project costing is Time & Material. Both parties usually find this an equitable solution.

The Fixed Price model is also an option. This option requires a thorough analysis of the entire project from beginning to end before the project commences.

If the client provides their own Project Manager, the team structure (number of developers, testers, etc.), can be recommended by the client.

If the client's Project Manager is embedded at RINF's site, then the client's responsibility is increased and their risk is decreased.

If the client's Project Manager is on-site, the SCRUM methodology (and agile methodologies overall), is much easier to implement on the software project.
