We at AMT Transcriptions provide a high quality, quick-turnaround, and extremely competitively priced transcription service to the Healthcare Industry. We have been in the medical transcription business for the past 11 years. We have proven specialist experience in transcribing all types of reports for all specialties. Currently, we are dealing with Cardiology, Oncology, Radiology, Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Pain Management specialties for two Health Care Centers in Indiana, USA. Currently, we are providing our services in English language only.

We have experienced transcriptionists, Quality Analyzers and Physicians to do the overall supervision, which helps us provide high quality transcription to our customers. We follow HIPPA and AAMT guidelines for transcription, and provide 98% or higher accuracy in our work. We can follow your templates/guidelines for the transcription.
We are equipped with the latest hardware and software to facilitate quick, efficient and secure transcription services. These include latest Core 2 Duo computers, foot pedals, high speed internet, secure FTP, electronic dictionaries and reference books.

SKILLS
HOW WE WORK:
a) Doctors dictate via Dictaphones or DVR (digital voice recorders) and upload dictations on a secured and password protected FTP of AMT Transcriptions.
b) Dictations are downloaded here at AMT Transcriptions, reports are typed by experienced Transcriptionists, which are then reviewed by our highly qualified QA team who themselves are medical doctors.
c) The final product is then uploaded on FTP from where the doctors can download their reports, usually the very next day.

TERMS
TURN AROUND TIME: Varies from 16 to 24 hours depending upon our client requirements.

COST: 5.5 cents per line (65 characters with spaces) depending upon the volume of data (negotiable).
