OUR TEAM
A team of qualified and experienced medical transcriptionists, fully equipped with the capability to convert voice files to text, works with reliable accuracy and speed. As a part of our intensive quality checking process, the files are done through three levels. First of all, our medical transcriptionists transcribe the data, then our quality checking department checks it for grammatical, formatting, as well as, terminology mistakes. Finally, we have senior qualified quality managers, who provide a sense check before dispatch.

SECURE DATA TRANSFER
Data is transferred using 128-bit SSL encryption, currently the highest level of security, also used for online credit card transactions.

DATA CONFIDENTIALITY; IN-HOUSE MEASURES
We have strict in-house IT security policy to ensure client data confidentiality. Each employee has signed CNDA (Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements) to ensure client data secrecy. Transcription lab PCs do not have any external drives (CD, floppy etc.) installed. Internet access to the transcription staff is limited to few search engines (for searching latest drugs, terms etc.). Downloading or uploading of data, checking of emails is completely prohibited in the transcription lab.

BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT
In compliance with HIPAA regulations, we prefer a business associate agreement as well as a service agreement.

COMPATIBILITY OF ITS TECHNOLOGIES.
Right now we are working with FTP / Transcribe / Email/FTP. However, we are equipped with softwares to handle DSS, VOX, MP3.

VOLUME OF WORK.
At the present time, we are equipped to handle more than 500 minutes of data (5000 lines). Due to our future enhancement plans, we intend to establish new contacts.
