Mrs. Uzma Moeen is LL.M from University of Cambridge, UK and Advocate High Court, Lahore. She provides consultancy services, and if necessary, litigation representation for a wide variety of clients including individuals, large corporations, mid and small sized businesses, and banking and lending institutions. A large portion of her practice is devoted to commercial, business, administrative, constitutional, human rights, property and general litigation matters.

She has been providing consultancy to government and non governmental organizations on issues relating to administration of justice, legal and constitutional reforms, maintaining rule of law and human rights, political affairs, educational and judicial reforms.

SKILLS
She has obtained 10 years of progressive experience in the field of Family, International and Local Corporate Law. She manages a team of legal experts that have created new corporate entities in UK.

Currently she is working as Principal at Superior College of Law, Lahore and the Chairperson of Legal Education Committee, Lahore High Court Bar Association.

She also remained Principal and Director Academics at two of the leading Law Colleges in Lahore i.e. Punjab Law College and Pakistan College of Law respectively. She has obtained 10 years of dynamic experience in the field of legal education.

Her experience in the field of legal education and her years of litigation work in the High Court were instrumental in developing her strong litigation and legal consultancy skills.She has the expertise to handle intricate and challenging propositions of Law.

Her advance degree in Law (LL.M) from University of Cambridge, where she studied International Law and Administrative Law has helped her in understanding and evaluating critical and demanding scenarios at national and international level.

TERMS
Consultancy services per hour: $100
60% payment to be made in the beginning and rest at the completion of work / project.
Turnaround time depends on nature of individual case and project and so do the case with individual fee and package of the case / project involved.
