Indian Poultry Farm - Godrej Agrovet Ltd.

• Scrutinized the title deeds of the property owned by Indian Poultry Farm on behalf of Godrej Agrovet Ltd.
• Corroborated and verified the title deeds with various government offices like Land Acquisition Office, Survey Dept., Revenue Dept., Sub Registrar Office and so on to verify the genuineness of the title deeds
• Registered the property in favour of Godrej Agrovet Ltd., after determining the marketable title
• Succeeded in clearing the title deeds when referred for under valuation by the Sub Registrar.

Others:

• Represented applicants of Sharavati Dental College, Shimoga, who were denied admission to appear for the PG Entrance Examination. Successfully cleared the case in favour of students, who were later given permission to take up the exams.
• Represented ad hoc employees of Bidar City Municipal Council and Gulbarga City Municipal Council, whose services were terminated abruptly. Filed a writ petition on behalf of ad hoc employees to nullify the termination or
