Training
The training courseware for each application is divided into tutorials. Every tutorial covers two or more skills. Every tutorial has offline content in the form of an e-book and web based live interactive simulations, thus covering all the skills in the tutorial in depth. Tutorials start with an introduction on the skills that the user will learn, moving into detailed exploration and practice of the skills and ending with a review and assessment.

All of Virtuosity's simulations dynamically support every screen resolution above 800x600 and always run in full screen mode. This creates the effect of actually working 'inside' the application and not inside a simulation. Combined with the high level of interactivity provided by live dialog boxes, menus, task-panes, and toolbars and what you get is an extremely powerful and effective learning environment.

Assessments
No training is complete without assessment. A unique feature of Virtuosity is performance based skill assessments that require the learner to complete a task in exactly the same way as in the actual application using virtually any valid method.
