The Capital Group was established in 1996 to provide Human Resource and Financial Services Consultancy for the corporate sector. Originally in the form of two wholly owned subsidiaries – Capital Consulting Limited and Capital Debt Management Service Limited the group consolidated into one Company at the close of 2004.

The Company builds on the expertise of its non-executive directors and multinational management team in the areas of International Finance, Recruitment, Training, People and Project Management, Corporate Restructuring, Debt Management and Factoring.

The Company in conjunction with local and international experts runs management training sessions both from it's head office in Lartebiokorshie and in-house for large companies. The materials and techniques used in these courses are the of the highest quality and are constantly reviewed by our management team to ensure best practice. The Capital Group has the expertise and experience to run intensive seminars in; Interpersonal Skills, Management Development, Sales and Marketing, Secretarial Skills and Financial Management amongst others.

Another popular service of The Capital Group's is Human Resource outsourcing- a partnership whereby the company relieves clients of the immense administrative burden associated with selecting and recruiting large numbers of non-core staff, providing payroll services, handling temporary staff and all of the other factors which cause large organizations to lose focus and profits.

In addition to these human resource services The Capital Group has significant experience in the financial services sector, predominantly in the field of debt collections. The Company has numerous long-tem agreements to provide factoring services to large multinational companies. The Capital Group also actively undertakes valuation of companies and was responsible for the valuation and sale of government shares in Barclays Bank via the DIC.

The Company future strategic direction is expansion to meet the Human Resource Management and Financial Services needs of the growing corporate sector. In almost 10 years the company has earned itself a fine reputation for service and reliability and will look to maintain this as it grows by seeking ISO quality accreditation. Eventually a public float of the company is proposed. Currently the private placement is being undertaken by New World investment to expand ownership and raise fresh cash equity.
