Broadtrust Financial Advisory Inc. (hereinafter “Broadtrust”) is engaged in financial accounting and related outsourcing services. Majority of our clients are foreign enterprises with operations in mainland China. As one of the earliest firms that offer the international entities this type of services in mainland China, our objective is to provide a turn-key solution to our clients, and to help them to setup the sound internal control system which complies with the parent companies’ policies and the local regulations in China.

We differentiate our services in three aspects.

- Providing financial accounting outsourcing services by appreciating the demands of foreign companies, International Financial Reporting Standards (hereinafter “IFRSs”) /US GAAP, and the local compliance requirements
- Providing professional suggestions and consultations for our clients throughout the service course, especially at the early phase of our client operation
