TERMS
We had a proven procedure to help our client succeed in their project; the followings listed how we would proceed.

Our sales cycle:
We will receive and communicate with you for further detail of the project. Aligning your business needs with corresponding technology which is best fit to your budget / schedule.

Our Sales -> Project Cycle would be as follows:
1.We will layout a more detail proposal to your for the project offering, laying out what kind of technology to use. Modules / Features in the website
2. The Payment Schedule would be fixed by both parties and reporting responsibility of the contact person and what we would do as change management
3. We will Start the project by doing screen mockups with a detail design specification send to the client. The First payment would be expected by the end of document delivery.
4. We will start coding and test the communication mechanism we had setup. The Second Deposit would be made at the end of the week.
5. At the end of the project, the code would be freeze and user can conduct UAT.

During Project Execution Cycle:
During the project execution, we would either put the hosted code on a server decided by you or our web server. The client should take the responsibility of submitting bug tickets timely.

Post Project Cycle:
During the UAT week, we would nail down a maintenance cycle with our client and may sign a SLA with you on responsibility to maintain the website. A knowledge transition phase would be included after the code handover. Documentation would be provided.


Our rate schedule would be like this:

Design/Specification – would be included in the project if it is a flat quote
Junior Software Developer – 4 – 5 USD / hour
Senior Software Developer – 6 – 7 USD / hour
