AMID Co., LLC was founded in Seattle in 1997, providing IT consulting to US companies on the fast-growing markets in China. AMID set up a software development center and BPO center in Tianjin, China in 2003, providing IT outsourcing services to companies in China, Japan, North America, Europe and Southeast Asia. Major clients include China Mobile, China Unicom, Mitsumibishi, TechnoDex, etc. Today, AMID BPO center in China has over 600 BPO specialists and is planning to expand to 2,000 staff. To have an access to the world’s largest BPO resources is our biggest advantage over the outsourcing companies from India, Russia or any other countries. In recent years, we have also formed a strategic alliance with over 30 local partner companies and the Chinese local government in Tianjin to jointly provide services to customers worldwide, and each of our partners bring unique technology and industry focus to our service portfolio.


Our strategies are to provide lower-cost, high quality and end-to-end IT outsourcing services to customers. We are an ISO 9001:2000 and CMMi Level 3 certified company. We follow international standards and have adopted industry standard processes and methodologies for project, delivery and risk managements. The company management team is composed of experienced managers who have worked for top US companies for over ten years. AMID in China has structured and is planning to build its organization into a BPO specialized service center and to partner with clients to provide an end-to-end IT service solutions to customers.
