Based on IndiaThink’s AIM model, the profile delivers an assessment of existing cultural capabilities and preferences, a comparison against what India requires for successful leadership and a mediation plan that can be used as an action plan.
Business Cultural Attache:
Executive program in cross-cultural business formatted to quickly understand the landscape of India’s business environment and how it pertains to and affects doing business in the country. Factors discussed which affect business transactions include Time Orientation; Religion and Caste; Indian Rules of Negotiation; India Leadership Protocol; Best Practices for Remote Communications; Indian Entertainment Customs. Executives develop a series of solutions for multiple problems throughout the process in preparation to work with India.*
International Team Building of Cultural Competencies:
This package includes a full team profile of Cultural Competencies; Framework development for US and Indian teams to guide leadership practices, negotiations and management; Training of both US and Indian teams in cross-cultural communication, negotiation practices and management frameworks; Customized on-site AIM training; Monthly mentoring group calls for three months after training to continue problem solving and solution development.
Executive India Council:
Available by invitation only, this exclusive group of executives meets quarterly to share winning ideas and methodologies that have brought success in India. Executives gain access to a network of solutions through members whose collective experience provides proven strategies and tactics as well as an executive forum to discuss looming difficulties inside India. Executives also meet privately with IndiaThink monthly during the program for one hour of personalized consulting.
