Spice BPO is already operating around 5000 seats including Inbound and Outbound operations with about 6500 people from its multiple locations including 2 centers in Delhi/NCR and outstation centers covering all 2 metros & major cities of India including Mumbai, Bangalore, Mysore, Mohali, Bhopal & Ahmadabad.

Spice BPO plans to be 10000 seats On-shore BPO by the end of this year, with a strategic approach to get the new business on board with major focus on BFSI, Travel and Telecom segments.
