DESCRIPTION
· Fin-e-ssential Infotech India Ltd. (FIIL) came into existence in late 1999 with an objective to provide corporate & corporate salaried individuals a one-stop-solution for HR/benefit administration services essential in human financial life cycle using infotech as a medium.

· In year 2000-2001, FIIL ventured in to the most difficult aspect of corporate and corporate salaried individuals earning – income tax, by launching their maiden initiative (FMR). And became the first and only service provider in the country to offer online, semi-online & offline services to their personal income tax & related issues.

· Year 2001-2002
- Developed Proprietary software Applications like MyHRMISTM, MyPayrollManagerTM, PlanMySavingsTM, DraftMyAgreementsTM, MyPFManagerTM and TaxSimulatorTM, which are very useful for successfully running any HR Department. All of them are running successfully from past few years at various client locations across India.
- FIIL increased its foothold by developing new relations with major banks and corporate houses besides increasing the client base; most of the clients are still with FIIL, which shows FIIL in its true spirit of providing “Technology with a Human Touch” is going “The Extra Mile with a Smile” and is definitely a force to reckon with.

· Year 2002-2003
- FIIL started HR/payroll outsourcing services and became outsourcing partner of one client, which has its presence in 125 locations, where almost 10,000 salaries are centrally processed every month.
- FIIL increased its reach by opening branch offices at locations like: Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Noida, Bangalore, Pune and Ahemdabad.

· Year 2003-2004
- FIIL increased its scope of HR/payroll outsourcing services and included eTDS, PF in the outsourcing services bundle.
- FIIL became outsourcing partner for couple of renowned companies, which included leading private sector banks and giant software companies.
- FIIL became outsourcing partner for a public sector undertakings (PSU’s) and few private sector companies for resolving their PF related issues as part of our outsourcing service bundle.

· Year 2004-2005
- FIIL helped many companies in filing their eTDS returns as part of our outsourcing services bundle.
- FIIL has taken an initiative in HR outsourcing revolution and developed a unique outsourcing service bundle “Something in Between”.
- FIIL is providing very customized/tailored payroll outsourcing services where payroll modules like reimbursements, claim processing, flexi-pay (Flexible Compensation Design) are in full utilization.
- As a logical extension to our outsourcing services FIIL developed an interface – Tax-Bridge™ which talks to all back-end payroll databases.

SKILLS
Many organizations outsource to save money, access new skills, focus on their core competencies and manage their HR/Payroll processes more effectively.
