We offer voice mail to text transcription services on a 24/7 - 365 day's
service. Our TAT and quality is assured.
CareNet has a very strict Quality Management Process whereby each Quality
Assurance (QA) Analyst is assigned 5 editors/transcribers.
The QA Analyst, reports, monitors, samples and coaches on daily and
real-time basis all the transcriber on quality performance. We also enlist
the help of software like Radmin and tailor made software to assist in real
time quality assurance
CareNet production unit is made up of 10 transcribers who report to a Team
Leader.
This team is made of agents/editors of different experience, qualification
and talents. The team leader guarantees production and quick TAT. Both the
team leader and QA team chairs the daily pre-shift session whereby the team
analyzes the team performance; identify the weak areas of each and every
team member. During this session only production matters are discussed
hence making this session the best capacity building method which we have
ever developed.

Our capacity is 150 agents per shift with 3 shifts on a 24 hour cycle. Our
full capacity per day is 450 currently.
We have acquired a new facility at up market business area of Karen,
Nairobi Kenya, where we can handle more than 500 seats per shift.
