# Build
Using our standard Offshore Staff Leasing model we will analyze your HR requirements and take care of recruitment and selection. We will allocate the necessary office space, workstations and connectivity and build up your offshore team in close cooperation with you. For more details read Step-by-Step Outsourcing

# Operate
This phase will also follow our regular offshore staffing model. Once all assets are in place your offshore team can go live. We will provide HR support, technical support and operational management. In short: we will do what is necessary to assure a smooth operating offshore team. More details are given in Step 6: Operational Management

# Transfer
During the operate phase, build phase or perhaps even before that, you will have started the incorporation procedure. By the time you got all your business permits you would have been able to setup your office space, workstations and other infrastructure. Once you are ready to start your own operations we will simply terminate our offshore staffing agreement and you will be able to take over your offshore team members.

Standard Pricing Computation
We use a very simple pricing structure that gives maximum cost transparency and cost control to our clients:

Monthly Fee per Full time Employee (FTE) = (Employee Salary + Benefits) + $575 Management Fee

Just to explain this in more detail: in our standard Staff Leasing solution we will charge you a fixed monthly fee per full time employee per month. This makes sense since employees are exclusively working for you on a full time basis. The fee computation consists of three parts:

* Salary
The exact salary off your team member. This is simply the US Dollar (USD) equivalent of the salary your team member is earning per month in Filipino Peso (PHP).

* Benefits
The costs of the benefits your employee is getting. These benefits consist of mandatory social security contributions and the standard benefits package offered by our company to all our employees. During the Recruitment and Selection process, you will be using our webtool MicroResumes which will provide you with an exact list of the costs per benefit.

* Management Fee
A fixed markup of $575 that covers the costs of our office space, workstation hard- and software, telecommunications infrastructure and the costs of our HR, Technical Support and Management Team.

As you can see this is a very simple and very transparent cost structure. You will know exactly how much your offshore team members are getting in salary and benefits and you will be able to budget the costs of your offshore team to the penny.
