DESCRIPTION
1) LCCS Sourcing

Capital-Intel provides confidential capital project sourcing on behalf of clients. We will scout the LCCS market for capital items matching client specifications and provide a summary of pricing options available from these markets. Capital-Intel currently focuses on, but not limiting to, the following LCCS countries;

China/ India/ Malaysia/ Thailand/ Vietnam

Engagement: We'll work closely with commercial and engineering personnel from the client to understand their requirements. Thereafter we will handle the sourcing process and communications with established suppliers from our databases. Upon reaching a complete & satisfactory understanding on both sides, supply options & pricing will then be discussed between Capital-Intel and supplier(s). Communications will be in English or Chinese Mandarin.
Deliverables: Capital-Intel will provide a summary of final pricing and terms reached with these suppliers. Clients could then proceed with their decision process and subsequent final orders.
Proven Results: Clients can expect to achieve 30-40% savings against current pricing from existing local supply source.

2) Tender Management

Capital-Intel handles the entire LCCS tender process from start to final deliverables. From understanding technical requirements, selecting reputable suppliers, gathering supplier information, request for information/quotes (rfX), negotiation, delivery terms, terms and conditions, additional clauses to final quotations and pricing summary, Capital-Intel can manage the entire LCCS tender process on behalf of clients.

Engagement: Capital-Intel will handle all of the communications & relationship management necessary to achieve successfully tender on behalf of the client. The client will not have to be directly involve in the initial stages of supplier selection & communications. All that is required from the clients are engineering requirements for their capital projects and general supplier criteria.
