iEnergizer is located in Noida close to New Delhi, India. The company started its call center operations in January 2000. This is a Multimedia Contact Center and is providing varied services, at affordable prices, to US Corporations, Software/Hardware Companies and Dotcom Companies who have requirements of inbound and outbound customer care, collections, financial services, telemarketing and data collection, help desk (both technical and general), E-mail processing and campaigns, live web and voice interaction and back end data processing.

This offshore operation is managed by the company’s India facility called Granada Services Ltd. The Company has so far invested all the funds by its own sources, without recourse to any outside debt. In addition, present investors have committed over $15 million to support the ambitious expansion plan that iEnergizer is undertaking in the next two years. The company only has one subsidiary – iEnergizer India Pvt. Ltd – which provides end to end credit card processing services for one of the oldest MNC bank’s recently launched countrywide credit card
